hOW TO BUY IN THE FLORESTORE.COM ON-LINE STORE?
To buy in floreStore.com you just have to fill in the purchase form with your data, or create an account from the top tab "Login to my Account" or in the following link: https://www.florestore.com/es/autenticacion?back=my-account and fill in the registration form. You will be able to create different addresses for delivery (for example, "my home" or "office"), for a different billing address for delivery and also, if you wish, you will receive information about our future promotions, news, offers or discounts that we have in our online store.
It is important to have your phone number and that of the recipient in case of any inconvenience at the time of delivery, for example, if the recipient is not at home.
We inform you that your data will be treated only by floreStore and in no case will be commercialized with them or given to third parties, except to provide the services requested and to prepare the newsletter bulletins.

wHERE CAN I SEND THE FLOWERS?
We make home deliveries throughout Spain, depending on the destination we will offer the services for the same day of the order or later dates.
For funeral products we deliver all over Spain the same day in a matter of hours.
cAN I SELECT A DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?
Of course you can! On the order form you will be able to choose the day and time you want your flowers to be delivered. Even for same day delivery orders, you can choose a time slot.
cAN I SEND FLOWERS THE SAME DAY?
Yes! depending on the city of destination, once you choose the desired product and the city of destination we will offer you different options of Free or with cost depending on the delivery date and the time slot you select.
wHAT IS THE COST OF THE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE?
The costs may vary depending on the delivery service chosen. Once you have selected product and destination you can see the different delivery options and prices
wHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
In this case, the way to proceed is to contact the recipient and try to arrange delivery to a neighbor or a nearby store. If we can not contact at that time we will try by Whatsapp from our office and we will give you the details of your shipment so you can manage the delivery. The redelivery service has an additional cost of 10€.
hOW ARE THE FLOWERS SENT?
We appreciate our work, we love flowers and we know how delicate they are, that's why we take the utmost care in the finishing of our floral arrangements. A careful wrapping and secure packaging.
We remind you that all our orders are made just before being shipped, resulting in a unique product and maximum freshness.
In all our orders we take the utmost care of the presentation and include a quality gift wrapping and a dedication card ;-)
