1. SHIPPING METHODS:

Orders with delivery in MALAGA CITY and NEARBY TOWNS:

OPTION 1: Free Delivery 24h.

  • You can choose the day and time of delivery, with a minimum margin of 24h. and maximum of 15 days. and two time slots:
  • From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
  • From Monday to Saturday(Saturday morning only: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
  • Delivery will be made within the chosen time zone, never at an exact time.
  • For free delivery, you must place your order before 18:00h. the day before the delivery date. (Except on the eve of special days and holidays, which will be before 14:00h)

OPTION 2: Same day delivery.

  • You can choose the time of delivery the same day in these four time slots:
  • From 9:00h. to 12:00h.; from 12:00h. to 15:00h.; from 15:00h. to 18:00h. and from 18:00h. to 21:00h.
  • Monday to Saturday(Saturday morning only from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.)
  • The delivery will be made within the chosen time slot, never at an exact time.
  • This service has an additional cost and will vary depending on the town of delivery.

Orders with delivery in REST OF MALAGA and PENINSULA:

24h delivery.

  • You can choose the day of delivery, with a minimum margin of 24h. and a maximum of 15 days. in the following time slot
  • From 9:00h. to 20:00h.
  • From Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday morning only: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
  • Delivery will be made within the chosen time slot, never at an exact time.
  • In this case, you must place the order before 14:00h. the day before the delivery date.
  • Fixed price 9,00€ FREE SHIPPING
  • In the event that the recipient is not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave a notice to the recipient informing of his absence and requesting to contact the deliveryman to arrange a new delivery. In the event that the addressee does not contact the delivery person, another delivery will automatically be made the next working day in the same time slot. If in this case the delivery is not possible either, the addressee must pick up the product at the deliveryman's office.
            At all times florestore will do its best to contact the customer and inform him/her about the status of the order and any inconvenience.

If the delivery is not carried out as requested by the customer, florestore undertakes to refund the full amount of the home delivery, unless this occurs due to force majeure or that the transport agency has not been able to make the delivery for reasons beyond our control, for example: Any error in the delivery address (address, number, floor, zip code, etc) or absence of the recipient.

2. PAYMENT METHODS:

We offer you two different payment methods:

Credit/debit card.

Through REDSYS secure gateway.

PayPal.

In which case you can pay if you have paypal account or by credit or debit card.

In our online store we do not see or keep your credit card details. In both cases above, the payment is made on the secure page (https) of each company, "PayPal" or "Redsys".

3. RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns during a maximum of 24h. from the reception of the product.

To do this, you must contact us by phone at 935 955 525 or e-mail info@florestore.com indicating the reason why you want to make the return.

The return will be made by the same means in which the original payment was made, either by card, transfer, PayPal or whatever.

Once informed of your return, a carrier will go to the delivery address to pick up the product that must be, both the product and the packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered.

In case of return, you can exchange your product for another of equal or higher cost, paying the difference, or request a voucher for the full amount of your purchase minus delivery charges.

This voucher will not expire, it can be used whenever you want.

4. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

We are committed to refund the full amount of your cancelled order if you inform us before 24h. of the delivery date of the orderby phone or fax at 93 723 84 49 or by writing to Info@florestore.com indicating in the subject "CANCELLATION ORDER NUMBER". Once the cancellation is accepted we will proceed to refund the full amount of your order.

No cancellations will be accepted in any case other than those described above.
